BASI Pilates Studio - Winterthur is located in Winterthur - Neuhegi.

Pilates promotes holistic and functional movement that improves strength and flexibility. It increases awareness of the body, posture, co-ordination and balance. As Pilates is low impact it is accessible for all abilities.

At BASI Pilates Studio - Winterthur we offer Group, Duet and Private classes. Here you can take a Mat or Equipment class. Our studio is newly refurbished offering a beautiful space in which to train the body and the mind. Visit and our team will take you on a journey of movement to energize and inspire you.

The studio is fitted with BASI Systems equipment:

• 1 Reformer with Tower

• 1 Wunda chair

• Mats and small accesories to assist in your work out
