With the reformer as your ultimate fitness companion, you'll experience a full-body transformation that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and utterly invigorated.

Pilates Mat - Flow (Student Teacher)

At our studio, we offer Mat classes taught by Trainee Pilates teachers. Please note that these classes are not part of the Fitness Guide certification.

These classes can be purchased with a single class pass at a reduced rate. This initiative allows you to train more frequently and is a complement to attending regular classes at the studio.

Our student teachers have attended the training course modules. However, to earn their certification, they must also complete a set number of teaching, observation, self-practice hours, and pass the teaching, practical, and theory exams.

Pilates Mat - Prenatal / Postnatal

Congratulations on your pregnancy or the arrival of your baby! Welcome! We invite you to join our specialized Pilates Mat classes, designed specifically for prenatal and postnatal periods.

Pilates Mat – Prenatal Classes: These classes are ideal for expectant mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards, provided there are no complications and with the doctor's approval. If you were actively exercising prior to pregnancy, you can continue exercising with us for the whole duration of your pregnancy.

Pilates Mat – Postnatal Classes: Suitable for new mothers from 6-8 weeks postpartum or 8 - 10 weeks after a cesarean section, depending on your individual recovery. Always listen to your body and consult with your doctor / healthcare provider before starting.

We may use equipment or small equipment in the classes.
